This information is provided to assist you in registering for DAA sports and includes information concerning associated DAA policies.

NOTE: Sports registration is usually first-come first-served basis; therefore, registration slots may be limited due to number of coaches and available practice facilities.  Additional teams may be added and thus more registration slots if more coaches volunteer, as well as, enough interested players and practice facilities are available.  We want to give opportunities to all children who want to participate but some limits are not easily overcome.

Fall Sports Registration: Cheerleading, Clinic Soccer, County Soccer, Field Hockey, Football and Volleyball is open

Before You Log in to Register:

DO read the sport write-ups under the “Sports” section from our home page before initiating registration.

Registering for a Sport:

Click on On-Line Registration System (OLRS).  If you have already established an account, log in with your PHONE NUMBER and PASSWORD.  If you have never used the OLRS, select “NEW ONLINE USERS? click HEREand you will be prompted to set up a new account.

DO provide an email address.  Not only will you receive immediate confirmation of your registration, but the coaches and commissioners use this as the main tool to provide timely information and communicate throughout the sport season.  The Registrar also sends out information on behalf of DAA via email.  We do not disclose any information to third parties and do not send information on the behalf of others.

Once you have established your account you may view and change personal information at any time.  UNIFORMS may also be ordered through your account.  To access your personal profile, log in and click on the “CLICK HERE” button displayed underneath your email address.

DO NOT pull up a registration form to change your personal data (unless you are registering a player for a sport).

DO update your personal information if anything has changed (particularly your email address!).

Password:

If you have forgotten your password, access the OLRS and select the “Forgot your Password (or never knew it?) Click HERE” option under your phone number, and we’ll email it to you.  If you did not provide an email address when you set up your account, select the option to contact us and we will get the information to you.

Registration Confirmation:

An automatic confirmation registration message will be sent if you have provided an email address.  If you have not, you will be notified by the team coach prior to the beginning of the season regarding team placement.

DO contact the Registrar if you provided an email address but did NOT receive a confirmation email.

For Your Information:

Late Fee dates are determined by each Sport Commissioner and are subject to change without notice.  Players may still register after the late fee date but will incur a $25 fee.

A sport is closed when registrations are no longer being accepted.  However, you may request to place a player on a waiting list.

Without exception, no participation (tryouts, practices or games) will be allowed unless a player is properly registered.

A player is not registered if payment has not been received by the REGISTRAR.

DO NOT wait until just before the late fee date to register.  Rosters are filled on a first come-first served basis and sometimes fill up quickly.

Uniforms:

Apparel for selected sports is available for purchase through the OLRS.  Purchases may be made at the time of sport registration or you may log on at a later date and order through your family profile.  (See instructions under “Registering for a Sport" section above)
